For our first time here. We were welcome well and seated in a timely manner. We didn't expect the warm water from the pitcher. The copper cups made it warmer to consume. The sprite that was ordered tasted like it had no flavor, so $3.5 for club soda. The food brought out was pretty good. They didn't offer utensils in the beginning of the sit down which was unfortunate because not everyone can use chopsticks. No offer of extra napkins. The table was cleared well, but when serving there's no organization on table placement. There are two doors unlocked. The exit door was not properly labeled there for people were able to walk in and were confused to why they weren't seated towards the dining room vs. the waiting...

From the look of things, there's only one waiter and everyone else working here is to clean and deliver dishes. That's not fair to the gentleman who served us. Also, for a dumpling place the music was out of place. Islander music isn't the vibe. Maybe instrumental modern, no words, more options.
