i was underwhelmed by the experience. the staff was outstanding, but the XLB was definitely a big step down from din tai fung and paradise dynasty. the pleats on the XLB were so sloppy and it looks like they were just lazily tossed into the steamer basket without any care. nothing like what i saw in all the IG stories. the wrappers also didn’t have that magical texture like DTF. hopefully they can tighten up their operations. i still have hope HI can get a legit XLB joint!

Everything tucked no take out no walkins.. website wants you to join a membership that charges 39.99$ a year if you don't remember ti cancell it with in 3 days..... BULL SHIT!!! Marketing set this is up.... not eating at a place that requires you to buy a year membership before getting a seat

Visited Supreme Dumpling recently and had a decent experience overall. The food was good, though some dishes stood out more than others. While the pricing is on the higher side, the overall dining experience was still enjoyable. The service was definitely a highlight. The Alice was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcomed throughout the meal. They checked in regularly and provided great service. Overall, a pleasant experience with excellent service. Worth trying if you're in the area.
