We placed our order around 7:30 PM, but didn’t receive all of our food until about 8:15 PM. Instead of the dishes arriving together, they came out one at a time, roughly every 15 minutes, which made for a frustrating dining experience. The food itself was also excessively oily. I understand that some dishes require oil, but even the fried rice was noticeably greasy. The restaurant has gender-neutral restrooms, which I generally have no issue with. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. When I entered, the toilet seat was left up and there was urine around the toilet area. Regardless of the restroom setup, it should be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition for all guests.

Great service! Despite the difficulty of having a large party the staff members were incredibly accommodating. However, the food wasnt up to par especially comparing them to the BelRed location. The XLB tasted a bit sweet, the pork chop in the fried rice tasted overcooked, and the scallion noodles were a bit bland. However, the tan tan noodles and spicy xlb had a great kick! That saved the food. Cute ambiance, the seating arrangement much better than BelRed

Then we ordered hot and sour soup as did the table next to us, who were seated and ordered after us. The table next to us got their hot and sour soup right away. We finally had to ask our server for our hot and sour soup order and he told us they were out. Very disappointed. I wanted so desperately to give this at least a 4 star Review. We made reservations. We arrived early and approached the hostess station. There was only one other couple waiting in the area but no hostess in sight. The manager was at the bar aggressively cleaning and rearranging bar stools and didn't turn to acknowledge his patrons or anyone in the room. Finally the hostess approached. Apologized for the wait and said our table will be ready shortly. We only waited about 5 minutes and were seated and given our menus. I want to first start off by saying Andre our server was absolutely amazing! He was attentive all throughout our visit there and we are very thankful to him! The ambiance was also very lovely and elevated. I have a few thoughts about the food as a vegetarian. I was so excited to try their vegetarian soup dumpling. I was so excited to try this new place but the tantan noddle was too salty. And the spicy wonton was too oily and i only taste the chilli. The only thing I like is XLB, I forgot to take picture of it. Even I make the reservation I still have to wait 20' because they are behind. The waiting time for food is long too. Overall it's a okay to me. Nothing impressive.

Went to the establishment on Father's Day. Reservation, quick seating all good. Ordered pork XLB, hot and sour soup, broccolini, cabbage, braised beef, noodles, chocolate XLB Good: noodles, cabbage Needs improvement: pork XLB broth tasted like Tacoma water , out of green beans which we ordered first. The table who sat after us got hot and sour soup- we let the waiter know ours had been forgotten, he came back and said they ran out! The restaurant seemed hectic which is understandable. I don't think we'll be back. Will continue driving to Tukwila for XLB it seems.

Food was amazing. 5 stars all the way but even better was the service Brennen provided. Dude recommended some bangers. Pork fried rice was incredible. I also had some dumplings and a beef roll. All amazing and was able to get some help from a cool dude named Thomas who agreed it slapped.

The new Tacoma opening has an impression to be rated as the best, compared to a just-so-so experience at the Kirkland store last year (2025). The taste might not be that kind of authentic from the view of traditional Chinese cuisine. But it is designed to target the new Asian style and fashion. One small thing to complain about was one of the by-window seats, which has the minimum room to fit a normal person, and could definitely be a problem for anyone who has a stronger body, although the whole restaurant seemed large without any crowded feeling.

We came to eat today, not knowing what to expect and omg we where just blown away by this place. Mainly, our server Johnson was the cherry on top to our whole experience. His service was spectacular but most of all we asked him to surprise us with food choices and his versatile knowledge on the menu made everything that he brought out our favorite. As a server myself, I would solely come back for his service although the food is a plus too! Again thank you so much and GREAT JOB JOHNSON!!! :)

Had a great experience at Supreme Dumpling! The vibe and atmosphere were warm and inviting, and the restaurant is beautifully decorated. Parking was easy, which made the visit even better. The must-try dish is definitely the Wagyu xiao long bao—they were flavorful, juicy, and absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be coming back!

Supreme Dumplings is a NOT a restaurant to chow down to. It's a Small Plate restaurant. It's great if you are not really hungry but still wanting to eat. Supreme dumplings gets five stars because Tacoma really needed a place like this and it's the only one in the area. The interior is nice, it has a modern vibe. The restaurant is smaller than I expected, reservations are a must. You can see in the photo I posted of the bar that they do have some bar seating but it's limited (that's the entire bar in the photo). The food was good. I thought the dumplings were excellent, I like them better than din tai fung! For me the cucumber salad and spicy wontons are something I will order every time I come, I loved them. For our first time here. We were welcome well and seated in a timely manner. We didn't expect the warm water from the pitcher. The copper cups made it warmer to consume. The sprite that was ordered tasted like it had no flavor, so $3.5 for club soda. The food brought out was pretty good. Located right at Tacoma Mall with the new extension of restaurants on the Kohls side. Super solid restaurant for dumplings and noodles. Since it's brand new, the interior dining experience is beautiful and very clean. Knocking one star off just because it felt the tables were quite crammed next to each other. Service was also good but it is a longer wait time to be seated (I know that may change later after hype slows down). I enjoyed all of the dishes, but the Xio Long Bao soup dumplings were not as flavorful as I recall them being at the Bellevue location. No complaints about the Tan tan noodles, those were delicious. Serving sizes can be a little small so order accordingly!
